Our privacy promise

Your answers belong to you. Here is what that means in practice.

Your employer can never read your answers. Not your scores, not your closing answer, not your email. There is no screen, report, or request that shows one person's answers to an organization.

Organizations only ever see patterns. If your organization uses the Mattering Index, it only receives combined results across a group of at least eight people. Smaller groups are not reported at all.

No view can single you out. Reports cannot be filtered, sliced, or combined in a way that narrows down to one person.

You do not need an account. You can take the assessment and see your reading without giving us anything. We only ask for your email if you want your brief sent to you, and we use it for that.
